Thank you for applying to one of BAVC Media's Youth and Emerging Media Maker Programs!

Bridges Fellowship

In the Bridges Fellowship, students between 18-24 years old take a 14-week deep dive into the filmmaking field, in a journey that uses personal storytelling as a means to build foundational skills for success in arts, media, and entertainment career pathways. Students receive technical training and career counseling, learning from local artists and entrepreneurs while also collaborating with other fellows to explore connections between media-making and social justice. Students who complete the fellowship will leave with a portfolio-ready person film and will also earn a $500 incentive award. Please note that the Spring 2023 semester of Bridges will take place entirely IN PERSON!
